Challenge

Farmaoptics, an optical chain and distributor all over Spain, required a communication channel with their customers at the sale point, in order to facilitate the communication and to provide some useful health tips.

Solution

haiku media proposes the use of a channel based on the software Toryu Media, through which,  using screens installed in the optical shops, Farmaoptics could have a channel of communication with customers of all their company stores.

Result

Currently, more than 90 optical shops in Spain use this channel which offers promotions and tips for the eye care are. Also, some information about the activities promoted by Farmaoptics is provided to the customers through this channel.
